And it is not Microsoft versus the EU, as it is not criminal against judge. I find it outrageous to depict the company on the same level as a market authority and I was always offended when I read it in their communications to the press.

We see a swarm of grassroot deception and demagogic insults against the competent authorities. Grassroot or astroturf. They can hardly expect to impress the authorities by that.
